What is your Returns Policy?
Returns and exchanges from in-stock inventory will be accepted with receipt within 14 days following purchase, provided the merchandise is in original, new, and resalable condition including packaging. Any product that would come in contact with ears, nose, or mouth during its use is not returnable.
Pianos, keyboards, digitally-delivered music products and special-ordered merchandise are not returnable. Serialized inventory returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
What is your Approval Policy?
Serialized Inventory – Customers may take instruments out on approval for 7 days. For individuals, a copy of a driver’s license will be required and a credit card number will be kept on file (enrolled in customer’s info).
Print Inventory – Teachers may take items out on approval to peruse for up to 21 days. Quantities are limited to 10 large ensemble works or 20 solo/individual works. All music must be returned in the condition it was received – no pencil marks, individual parts must be in score order, etc.
What do you offer on your online shopping cart?
We offer print music, band instrument accessories, and gift shop items for delivery to your door, or for in-store pickup. You can also register for our hosted events such as workshops and classes (see this page for more). I have an old Fender Stratocaster/Baldwin upright. Do you sell on consignment?
We sometimes take in used acoustic pianos or vintage guitars to sell at our store.
For vintage guitars, ask for Steve Poorman.
For used pianos, ask for Bobby Edwards.
